In Fruit Lines you move fruit to empty squares to make a horizontal or vertical row of five of the same kind. If you can't, three new pieces of fruit are added. Be careful that the board doesn't fill up, because then the game is over.
You click a piece of fruit and then an empty square. If there is a free route, the fruit moves there.
